* Temporary walkaround for a serious bug in FuncDesigner automatic
differentiation kernel due to a bug in some versions of Python or NumPy,
may affect optimization problems, including (MI)LP, (MI)NLP, TSP etc
* Some other minor bugfixes and improvements
